Everything is a Result - every line in a report and all the variations of that line. So, in designing an FPA service, we have to realize that somehow or some way, we have to get control of the Result Pool and extract elements of it that are actionable. But how?
The Pace Car approach is to create two work areas.
We want one work area to be dedicated to what we call the Front End for the purpose of systematically identifying the targets to pursue. It takes precious time to turn the targets. The effort must be allocated to the ones - out of the giant pool - that advance the overall chemistry.

We have developed an FPA service to help you achieve this kind of clarity. These elements are essential to the process.
In order to set up our Targeting of results, we need to start with the selection of results that best fit the goals and resources. We will work with you to Nominate these best-fit results that together will drive success.
Then we need to assure the presence of knowledge and teamwork. You will see that our Trello collaboration app gets populated in that way. We have your Pace Car advisor working closely with your finance and operations representatives.
Finally, the clarity we seek comes from extensive analytics being available to the team. You can find larger FPA providers, but we punch above our weight. We sit in the “sweet spot” of analytics - an ability to bring you what you need from the large data world without the cost.
