Subscription Includes Monthly:

  1. Twice a month wellness survey report designed to cover major topics on a rotating basis.

  2. Twice a month communication, user choice of phone, Zoom/Teams or email exchange to review current and future workflow.

  3. Twice a month delivery by user of agreed upon export files.

  4. Twice a month delivery by Pace Car of agreed upon report decks from Fathom or Pace Car.

  5. Twice a month posting by Pace Car of data to open Trello boards.

  6. Advisory on all ongoing Trello boards as needed.

Subscription Fee

  1. Subscription fee of $850 per month.

  2. Downward adjustment of fee is possible if only a clearly marked subset of service is going to be used. Inquire.

  3. Upward adjustment of fee is possible if above average accounting or file processing is going to be needed. Inquire.
